"I appreciated the super friendly and very helpful staff who were always available. I also appreciate the safety of using your card for elevator to get to only your floor and the visibility of the security team. BUT, there are some things I would seriously consider reviewing. Please, invest in bed toppings that provide SOME form padded comfort because the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. I appreciate that there were so many ashtrays all over the property BUT there was easily accessible smoking area with chairs - except to cross the hotel, enter the casino, and then out to a patio. Wonderful - yes; convenient in my pjs at 3 a.m. - NO.If you can provide such a space for a smoke-free casino, why not such a place on the hotel side? Finally, if I had booked this for summer travel and not been told that the pool was drained and under maintenance , I would have reconsidered my stay plans. Because of this issue, we were not allowed to sit there to smoke either."

"Enjoyed my stay at the Winslow. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, large towels and a steamer to touch up my clothes. The breakfast was good. I woukd stay there again. "

"Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. We will never return here! (In all fairness, Omni hotels are usually exceptionally great and we stay at them regularly)."

"Sheets were dirty, the first alarm went off 4 times through out one of the nights of our stay. We ended up checking out and finding another hotel as we did not feel safe, our kids were terrified due to it continuing to go off and inability to handle the problem. The water was freezing cold and room dirty, the bottom sheet to the mattress had black hair and stains!"

"This place had not been cleaned in who know how long. The beds were dirty the floors had not been swept or cleaned. There was food left on the floors. After finding who knows what in the beds we left. I typically do not complain but this place was terrible. Upon leaving we told the front desk about the conditions and they just smiled and said have a nice night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"The building is beautiful, however there is sloppy workmanship in the room we occupied. Also, for the money we expected a free breakfast. This was not the case, however the breakfast was good and worth the money. "

"The food was bland. It had no taste. The eggs were disgusting. The oatmeal had no taste. The only thing that was halfway decent was the sausage. We laughed and went out to eat so having a free breakfast and add anything to the value of the property and I paid almost $400 to stay there. The carpet in the room was nasty. The toilet backed up and you couldn’t even flush it. I was very disappointed in my room for paying that much for one night."
