For the area this is an amazing hotel. Best breakfast in the area for a under $60 room. Balcony is cool to have, I have not seen 1 bug in my 1 week stay. That's huge to me. I just found my new go-to place when in town on business.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. They have a good breakfast. The only downside is the location...lots of homeless people. My husband got harassed a bit and got called a "cracker". This is no fault of the hotel... Just poor location.
