"This was a great place to stay if you need access to Knoxville and also want to play some at Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Even a day hike at the Smokies. Only thing that would be a suggestion is another option for comfortable seating besides the couch. We had a great stay for our son’s PhD graduation ceremony! "

"I’m honestly very disappointed with this stay. While the overall experience was good, the listing was misleading and not what we expected. It was advertised as a 3-bedroom, but the so-called "3rd bedroom" was just an open loft area overlooking the stairs with two beds crammed in. That is not a bedroom, and it offered zero privacy.
