"We almost totaled our car trying to make the sharp left turn into the driveway at the top of the steep hill. It’s nearly impossible to make that turn. Then we had no phone service or internet at the property. My elderly father had breathing problems from having to walk up the steep driveway and we couldn’t reach his doctors due to no phone service. I We packed up and left the next morning because it was dark by the time we were settled into the cabin and we were afraid to try to drive back down...

"Excellent property and the owner is very responsive. The view of the mountains from the porch was amazing, and the cabin was clean, cozy, and very fun with its pool table. It was a great place to see bears go by so I highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing smoky mountains retreat."

"The cabin was so cozy and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to get to. Not far from the strip but really felt secluded. Owners were very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. I loved everything about it. A+++"

"Impressed the first day we got there… that’s as far as it went. Each floor was a different temperature. Then, no water in the house at all. Maintenance couldn’t figure it out. We were told it was an outage in the county but 2 neighbors has water and the hotel that we ended up at did too. They did refund us for 2 nights that we didn’t stay. Nothing like packing and moving your family at 11:00 pm!"

"We loved this place so much! The riverside balcony was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Cute little groundhogs scurried around on the ground, and I even saw a few raccoons. They were fun to watch and did not cause any harm. The condo was spotless! I simply cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back! I do have 2 wishes: 1) There were 2 coffee makers but both took pods. I wish one had been a traditional coffee maker because my husband drinks LOTS of coffee each...

"Arrived at cabin. Everything appeared clean. Multiple cobwebs around windows (no big deal) floors have crumbs from previous night? Shower in main floor bathroom never stayed closed while taking a shower water running on the floor, which I reported to management but never heard back? Tons of falling acorns outside got hit in the head a few times (nothing you can do about that) overall cabin was nice but next time will choose another cabin. "

"I like everything about this property except for the fact that we weren't able to utilize the pool. A big disappointment for me because that was the main reason i booked this stay. Reached out to host and all they wanted to offer was extended departure time rather than a refund of not being able to utilize the pool. "

"Couldn’t find living room remotes to operate tv in living room pinball machine was throwing sparks at outlet and wouldn’t work so we had to unplug it so it didn’t cause a fire tried getting are money back and they said no"

"Very clean and comfortable. No issues. I would recommend this home for a very nice stay."
