We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. "The elevator was out of order. The stairwell did not feel safe - the outside door was constantly propped open by someone although you were supposed to use your room key to enter - every time we closed it someone would have it propped back opens The pool was closed. Our bathroom door would not close. The shower would not drain properly. We tried to address these with the front desk and were told a manager wasn’t there to talk to us. I’m not one to typically complain but this hotel was...

"Perfect for concert goers"

"Rooms clean microwave and fridge/freezer Hard working staff, manager helps w everything Breakfast much more than ive ever experienced and good. I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee,tea, fresh fruit."

"We found the room to be quite clean and a good value for the cost. The staff members were very helpful during our stay. They promptly provided the pack and play that we requested for our little one. Overall, it was a pleasant and accommodating experience. Breakfast can be better"

"Overall, this was a really nice place. It was an older place that they remodeled so there’s still some older stuff. It looks like they’re fixing, but really nice and the person at the desk was very nice. The lady who cleaned the room was amazing overall would stay again."
