I had an issue an at different hotel and called her at 6am desperately needing a place to rest after the rough night at the previous hotel. She listened to my whole story and got me in a room in a flash. I am so grateful that you have such an outstanding caring employee. Jaynelle and Lashonda were also at the desk when I arrived. They also listened to my issues and were compassionate. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk were friendly and caring. "Older property. Has alot of wear and tear i.e. furniture, fixtures etc.. Im a Harley rider prefer Motels. Didnt mind older more worn. Had a good bed and hot shower."
