"Rooms were dirty. Found a used facecloth hanging on tub curtain rod. Face-clothes were stained… Property needs some love as it’s musty and outdated."

"What a hidden gem !!! This property is filled with surprises. We enjoyed sitting in the front living room after dinner in town. We had a glass of wine listening to Cat Stevens on the record player then snuck an ice cream sandwich from the freezer upstairs. Our room was stunning and filled with interesting details such as power set up for all our electronics, sound machine for sleep, comfortable bed, hot shower. Woke to breakfast in the hidden surprise of a dining hall. Perfect selection of foods...

"Innkeepers and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. And the inn is immaculate and so relaxing. Beautiful grounds and the house is amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again. "

"Upon arrival the property appeared dirty. We had a lot of luggage but there was no luggage cart access to our room (all stairs and no ramps). The room had a terrible layout and did not appear clean. The electrical outlets were tampered with and pushed into the wall. The sink drain did not drain. The shower needed a lot of force to turn off and there was no pressure. The pool was dirty and had standing water everywhere on the pool deck. The complimentary breakfast did not have enough food. ...

"Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters Definitely need to work on helping customers "

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay and dine. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was most comfortable. We appreciated the elevator - 2 seniors Laurence in charge of breakfast was terrific as was the food. A lovely selection of pastries and hot items. Delicious! All the staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will be back!"

"I chose this hotel because I had family at the Hospital and all downtown hotels charged you for parking! I appreciated the microwave and was thrilled to see a tub mat in the bathroom. Decor is somewhat dated and I wish there was a hot option for breakfast but overall I was pleased with the accommodation and the room rate."
