"Did not look like the pictures. Pool did not have any water , it was very swampy and dirty. "

"The rooms are small but clean. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I had to ask for new batteries for the TV for the remote to the TV, and they apologized for the inconvenience which it wasn't, at least not for me. The front of house staff are helpful and cheerful no issues there. Biggest issue, smokers outside were close to the AC units while on and certain hallways reeked of urine or foul water. I kept my AC to help cool my room while I was out during the day and came back to a foul smell...

"Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after."

"So the rooms dont look anything like the pictures at all. The entire hotel is filthy and stinks, their pool is gross and I booked for 7 days for work got sent home early and was completely refused a refund or credit or anything. The lady at the desk told me theyre closing in a couple months and I hope so because this place is beyond garbage"
