"Great location for convenience of dining options and to downtown, but night time bar scene and traffic made it very hard to sleep. No curtains also made it hard to sleep with streetlights coming through and nothing to muffle the noise from outside. Room needs deep cleaned."

"I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. "

"The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER"
