"Great hotel. Have stayed there several times. First time in the wing that is a little starved of hot water. Having to run the sink was not great."

"It was a decent place to stay. Some looked to be updated while other parts did not. Pool is very tiny and fitness center is just 4 cardio machines. Breakfast is not included. The staff I spoke with were nice. It’s a convenient location and fairly priced. Would stay again"

"The staff that interacts directly with the customer is outstanding. This includes the front desk and the food services staff at breakfast and the evening reception. Housekeeping is inconsistent and often misses simple items such as replenishing the coffee. Overall, the hotel needs a little TLC. In our room, some of the flooring was coming up. There are obvious places where there were defects with the elevator call button panels. In some areas, the paint is seriously showing its age. The...

"12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room.
