"Absolutely disgusting. Sheets were visibly dirty (hair and grime), sink was backed up with brown water, and floors were filthy. Obvious room had not been cleaned recently."

"Roaches, roaches roaches!!! Probably doesnt help the fact that - upon entering room, i could smell the pizza that was still left in the microwave!!! AC worked but I felt like it could go out any minute. The bed seemed made up and clean sheets - but these sheets needed to be replaced and thrown out! Old, thin and lots of tiny holes in them. Went to my new car thru out the night just to feel comfortable!!! Would ask for a refund - but I bet they get asked for refunds a lot and have gotten good...

"I really loved how helpful and considerate the staff and management helped me. The room was meticulously composed compared to others. I think what warmed me was accessing the number of Chanel’s offered; though I did not have much time to watch it, it was better than having only one Chanel I was comfortable Thank you guys and I felt safe"
