Hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and I loved the flooring. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the room. Breakfast was good. I liked that the parking lot was well lit. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean building and rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are very basic, but the price per night is very reasonable. Close to lots of restaurants and the SHSU campus. Outdoor pool looked nice but we couldn't use it because it rained all weekend.

OK guys. This is a budget hotel... but it was good. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We would have liked yogurt and more juices at breakfast, but there was plenty of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and muffins. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had for the price we paid.

I was skeptical of this property because it was priced so affordabably. We were pleasantly suprised to arrive and find a recently renovated property that was cleaner than many higher end chain hotels. There rooms had everything they promised, and some of the furniture is older, but the beds are comfortable and all the bedding and towels seemed new and very clean. We didn’t hear any noise during our stay. It was a great value for us.
