"My room (on the second floor, accessed only via stairs at either end of the building) was spotless and smelled fresh (a big deal for me!). The bed was comfortable and there was an ample supply of clean towels and washcloths. My only complaint was the noise of the wall-mounted heat/AC unit. All of the common areas including the lobby and halls were immaculate. Best of all, they are pet-friendly! The guest room and bathroom were pristine, cozy, and exceptionally clean.
