It was obvious it was never vacuumed. There was a stench in the entire property and the lobby was used as a storage area with large boxes. Undesirables in the hallway and parking lot. Small uncomfortable bed and pillows. My friend was unable to lock his 1st floor window, we had to use an ice scraper to prevent...

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "
