Our door handle didnt work well at all if my husband wasnt w me i would bot have been able to open it, so we informed morning staff and they apparently didnt like we interrupted their conversation didnt care we were telling them about an issue. "The front desk employee was very friendly. The rooms are very small and dated but appear to be fairly clean. The rooms are not well insulated and you can hear everything outside of your room very clearly. There was a giant cockroach walking on the carpet near the elevator, which is a major dealbreaker for me. "

"Room was clean but the shower floor was nasty. I would stay here again but I would check the shower floor before I wanted to use it. I didn’t have time to report it to the hotel staff to get it cleaned before taking my shower. The staff was very friendly and I am pretty sure it would have been taken care of if I had time to report it. "
