"Pros: beautiful area, tons of Elk and other animals, close tu the National Park. Cons: An older place. It was hard to know which plugs would work. It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash...

"Sunnyside Knoll is an older property so I felt as if I had stepped back in time. The back window had a view of rocks and trees so I didn't even have to go outside to be reminded that I was in the forest. The bathroom has been updated and the unit (half of a duplex) was very clean and comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Though this unit is close to the highway, there was no road noise. I would definitely stay there again."

"The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor "

"Average room for 6 definitely not 8. Washer and dryer not working well. No elevators with ski equipment and kids. Great location. Not bad by any means but average room."

"The location was perfect! The condo we stayed in was very run-down. Reached out to management about the condition and cleanliness; management explained it was water stains and that the condo was due a full remodeling later on. In my years in domestic housekeeping services, this was not close to clean. I should not be able to wipe food and coffee stains off the wall if it’s clean."

"The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!"

"Fully furnished, including dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Bed was very comfortable, but I had to jump to get into it! Water was very hard, so bring your own moisturizer bath wash."
