"Clean room. The desk clerk was helpful. Check in was easy. But the communication to property management was terrible. I sent several emails and messages on the Expedia site and never got a response. The hot water went out for over a week and had to take cold showers. It’s still not fixed up to par. And still no response from management. "

"La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. "The experience at this place was wonderful! The property is brand new and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable. There is a large kitchen and living room area with a couch, which made this 1-bedroom feel much larger. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. Additionally, the complex is safe and full of community amenities. Driving distance is close to both the mountains and Denver. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we’d happily stay here again!"
