"Right from the moment we checked in we knew it wasn’t going to be good! The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, as much as she read a script. We were on the second. Floor and there was no elevator. I have a bad knee, so I was hoping to get a ground floor room, but there was no response from her. The pilllows on the bed were so old, they became flat immediately.
