"Stayed 2 nights (April 22-24). Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned before check-in — the corners of the bathroom were visibly dirty, there were hairs on the pillow and bedding, and the sheets smelled of someone else's perfume. This made it clear the room had not been freshly prepared. Outside the room, the environment was disruptive. People were hanging around the property at odd hours, doors were being slammed throughout the night, and a guest regularly started a large truck engine late at night, which woke me up multiple times. At check-in, a $50 incidentals deposit was taken. At checkout (8:00 AM), I was told it would be returned after staff inspected the room. It is now well past checkout and I still haven't received it back. No timeline was given. (1-7 business days) There's no such a scammy thing in the world for this s**t room qualities and used bedding... I spent nights during the road trip including Fairway Inn, Best Western and the quality was top! Even they took 100 usd deposit, about 1 minute after checkout I got my deposit back. (My bank dont hold these) The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful during either check-in or checkout. I guess why... For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and a straightforward deposit return. I would not recommend this location to solo/any travelers or anyone looking for a restful stay. ⭐ 1/5"

"Left and went somewhere else. The first room had mice droppings on the comforter (I was told it was “probably dust from the AC” however no one went to look at any point). The person working the front desk did understand and gave me a new room, however there was urine all over the toilet seat, the tub was dirty, and the comforter had stains on it. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy, however they did refund me due to the awful experience. Definitely skip, spend a little more money and go somewhere clean."

"The room was very clean and up to date. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Nice parking lot. We didn't stay for breakfast. "

"The best thing this hotel had was the manager on duty named Mary. Everything else was a nightmare. Bed bugs, power went out for hours, bad area, cold coffee, no clean towels in the morning, I mean the list goes on. The manager helped as much as she could. If it wasn’t for her I would probably be calling a lawyer how bad I am bit by bedbugs. "
