"Check in was unclear. Texted owner with no answer. Was kind of a jerk on the phone. Once checked in it was dirty but was okay for a quick stay. Sketchy people seem to be living/staying there making it feel a little uncomfortable considering how intoxicated and noisy they were being. Bathroom was very gross in room 5 with a shower curtain that was to long and floating in water at the bottom, actual moss and mold growing in the cracks and sewage leaking from the unit above. Please see photos."

"Convenient location within walking distance to the Center of town."

"The room was charming and very comfortable. Don't let the outside condition deceive you, the room was very comfortable."

"Gorgeous property! From the moment we stepped in, we really felt taken care of by the team. They physically walked us around the building to show us where breakfast would be served, the back entrance, as well as up to our room to show us the amenities. It was so nice and charming, and a great way to spend a night in Charlottetown. We couldn't stop saying how "cute" of a spot it was! Definitely recommend"

"The staff was incredible!"

"This was a very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The hospitality of the owners was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! The cherry on top was the beautiful view of the water from our window!"

"Staff was friendly. The room was very dated. There was water damage on the ceiling and down the wall. The headboard was in rough shape. Definitely could use renovations done."
