He went out of his way to help us! And he didn't need to. Kind caring, attentive, helpful, perfect customer skills. Friendly and wonderful smile and personality I legit can't say a bad thing about him! Just cause of him I will be back. And top it off, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in! Clean, comfy, welcoming. I can't say a bad thing about the hotel or staff. Give him and the cleaning, maintence staff a fat raise/long vacation they deserve it! Kudos to your team! I'm looking forward to my next visit! "
