"reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and we were checked into a smoking room with two double beds. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. A used condom wrapper was on the floor beside the bed. When I tied to opened the freezer, the microwave fell off of the top of the freezer and I was lucky to catch it. The shower was dirty, the mirror was smeared, the bed sheets looked dirty, and the curtain had a rip in it that people could look through."

"My stay with Breeze inn was great! Within 4-5 minutes or less walking distance from the Beach, stores and restaurants. Rooms were really big and clean, area was quiet also. For the price, it was a huge win and you can’t beat it!! Staff were really nice and I highly recommend staying here for your next visit. "

"We booked here last minute due to some mix up in reservations but for a last minute spot it was great. It is right on the board walk, making it easy access. Owners were great and attentive to any and all needs! I will say the bathroom could be a bit cleaner but overall we would book here again !! "

"The workers were amazing. The only issue I had was there was a slight mold issue in the bathroom."

"Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...
