"I will not repeat my stay there. Filthy, roach and mold in my room, key did not open the door, curtain torn in several places. Bed mattress so worn it sank. Many guests hanging out around the property. Loud music in the room next door. Some good: front desk staff friendly, a/c worked well, my car wasn’t broken into."

"The hotel the grounds were littered with trash. There was a man right outside of the lobby that was strung out on drugs. Driving around the building behind the hotel was 7-8 men loitering. Safety was definitely an issue. Never checked in because we did not feel safe."

"The rooms were overbooked.i reserved my room two weeks ago for check in after 3 with my grandchild when I finally arrived there was no room and 3 other sets of people waiting for reserved rooms in front of us it was late my grandchild was restless and we had over a two hours wait. But mgmt was as devasted as we were and kept apologizing. It was not there fault the shift before gave up our reserved rooms. Ms Cher and her assistance did all they can to accommodate us. I would like a full refund"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had after booking a hotel staff at the front desk hung up with me twice after I called to ask for the shuttle to the airport and they never sent it. I actually had to end up booking a new room."
