"Our room was sweltering hot. When I told the front desk clerk that it was so uncomfortable she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Lol Breakfast was far less options that other hotels of this caliber. Bath tub was less than clean. Bathroom floors in the corners looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Solid disappointment with this hotel."

"This hotel was terrifying. Thank God, we had our own blankets sheets and all the things because we were traveling to bring in because there’s no way we could’ve slept on that stuff. It smelt so awful in the hotel and then 10 times worse in the room that we were in and I mean, awful like like someone had cooked food and burnt it and left it for days in there it was hard to breathe.
