"In town for basketball tournament we got to the room Walk in room dropped our stuff and we’re out the door, first look the room looked decent, didn’t get a chance to check the bathroom till we got back at 10pm. Once we got back we went to shower, only to find out we wouldn’t be showering in that bathroom with the condition of the room. After debating for 20 minutes we decided to just check out and make the 3 hr drive home. The jointing door in our room wouldn’t fully shut. So that felt unsafe."

"Room was fairly amazing. Just make sure you read very well the room description before booking. We booked lakeside with pics of if overlooking the lake- but it did not overlook the lake at all (room 10) BUT aside from that, the room was amazing. Beds horribly sunken soft like boxed types of beds. But the property was gorgeous. Had a fire overlooking 4th lake and the lean to bar/grill was nice and Louis who was working there was great!! Breakfast is just cereal, bagels and yogurt. All check in...

"Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. I do like that the place is pet-friendly for folks traveling with a pet, but the only...
