"It’s an older hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff nice. The bed was not very comfortable."

"beds are not comfortable, pull out sofa bed was paper thin and did not have bedding, had to get some from main desk and mattress was not clean. door was not even shut or locked when we checked in, it was propped open. not a horrible stay, but definitely could have been much better for the price. "There were holes in the walls. Bathtub was rusted. Faucet for the battub was rusted. The enry door was filthy. You could see fingerprints and smears all on the door. I think next time i come which i come about evry 3 to 6 months i will be trying the new hotel by you called Spark. "

"Good overall, except staff. I gave a star for the male staff that I checked in with. He was nice with good hodpitslity. And (-) 4 stars for the female staff who checked me out. She looked like zoombie and didn't even bother to say " Thank you or good bye or anything" Wrong personality for this job."

"The pool was closed and we needed a stopper for our bathtub so our autistic son could take a bath and there wasn't one in the room we called the front desk to ask for one and they told us to come down to the front desk and we did they then said they don't have one and maintenance would bring it to our room over an hour later they showed up with it we were trying to get the kids to bed and waiting that long was really inconvenient and annoying "
