"The air conditioning was Okay. Beyond that it was the worst hotel experience in a long time. My fault that once again I booked a room at a hotel with no elevator. My wife could barely climb the stairs and no offer from staff to move us to a 1st floor room. The bathroom door would not shut. One of the towels the first day had some kind of stains on it. There appeared to be old dried blood drops on the bathroom floor. The door lock had been changed and left a large unpainted area around the new...

"The room was not cleaned and there was hair in the unmade bed when we arrived."

"Room was clean and free from bedbugs. The bedding smelled stale and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay for the price but there was less than half a roll of toliet paper in the bathroom."
