"We absolutely loved our stay at Jago Gili Air and would highly recommend it.
The room was gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully presented, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely lovely, incredibly welcoming and somehow learned our names almost immediately. They made us feel properly at home throughout our stay.
Every morning they prepared us the most beautiful breakfast, which was such a lovely way to start the day. There are also board games available to play in the evening, which is a great touch if you want to bring back some food or snacks and have a relaxed night in. We also appreciated that you could bring your own drinks to enjoy outside.
The location is brilliant, with lots of amazing food options nearby, and it’s only around 5–6 minutes from some of the best snorkelling on Gili Air. We saw turtles and some incredible coral reef, so the location was perfect for us.
The only area that could be improved is the pool. Unfortunately, it was a little cloudy during our stay and we found ourselves having to ask for the filters to be switched on. If the pool was clearer and the filtration system was running 24/7, with appropriate chlorine levels maintained, this would easily be a 5-star stay for us.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and the staff really made Jago Gili Air stand out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
