"I had an excellent stay at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa and would gladly return. The property has a beautiful Southwestern character that feels appropriate for Santa Fe rather than like a generic hotel. The common areas are warm and inviting, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
The location was one of the biggest highlights. Being so close to the Santa Fe Plaza made it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and many of the places I wanted to visit without constantly needing transportation. My room was comfortable and relaxing, and I appreciated having a peaceful place to come back to after being out exploring during the day.
The staff also made a great impression. Everyone I encountered was courteous, welcoming, and professional, and the overall service felt polished without being stiff or impersonal.
Between the location, atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, and service, Eldorado Hotel & Spa delivered exactly what I wanted from a Santa Fe stay. It felt upscale while still maintaining the charm and personality of the city. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel in Santa Fe. Five stars!"
