Chalets in Loudon County

The staff were great, the room was very clean

Our room was huge - more like an apartment! It was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was lovely too.

Great Trip

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the aircon worked well. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff were helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was good - hot food, cereals, fruit juice, waffles, pastries and coffee. Wifi worked great. Plenty of parking. Situated near a large shopping and restaurant precinct just a few minutes' drive away.

The first morning after our stay, no one came in to make up our bed or give fresh towels. We had to ask for towels and got bath and wash cloths only. We were told room was not made up because they did early sweep and sign was on the door. We had sign of at 9 am, they never came back to make up the room at all. We returned at 9 pm

Very helpful staff could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable

Great place to stay. Friendly and very competent staff. Nice breakfast included in the price. Centrally located near restaurants. Easy to get to off the highway.

Great modern clean hotel. Feesh fruit at breakfast. Great laundry room!

We just arrived to US so we needed some place to stay until finding an apartment. Apartment was very cleen and comfy :) Just air conditioning was not working properly. Sometimes swiched on HEAT it was cooling :) :) But anyway it was a great stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone.

very nice

Only there for one night but hotel was clean and well kept. Comfy beds and AC in rooms which was very welcome.

Nice hotel in a great position within Knoxville. The room was good but the aircon was slightly noisy. It was also a bit smaller than it looked I. the photos. We used the rooftop pool which was nice if a bit small and the breakfast was also good. There is only valet parking available and this is extra. Good value for money overall.
