"I like the hotel and it's amenities. It's a shock to me that bathroom doors never locked and its a hotel policy acroos all rooms. Definitely have to rethink if you are staying with others to avoid some awkward moments "

Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
