"The rooms are super run dow and poorly maintained- I literally at times couldn’t even get the bathroom door open unless I kept yanking it as it would just get stuck. The overall pretty just smelt like cigarette smoke all the time and my room just had a very old grime feeling to it. The breakfast was blah- expect power orange juice and run of the mill off the shelf muffins. There was only like 8 seats to sit for breakfast which made it hard to even really eat. Overall poor value and wish I would...

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. "

"I smelled like smoke. The carpet felt icky the furniture was all scraped up or worn out like something happens in the room and the breakfast was peanut butte crackers granola bars and cereal. "

"Clean room needs renovation. Staff at night(Ronnie)was wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was not great. Pretty bland and the juice tasted watered down also no cranberry juice. Air conditioning worked fine and kept the room at a nice temp. Nice and quiet. "

"RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem."
