"The location was great but for the price it was underwhelming. It was cute but was pretty noisy and I could hear every footstep of the person in the room above us and the shower of the room next to us."

"These are the conditions of the house. We don't cook in the kitchen because it's unsanitary. The house hasn't been cleaned in at least three weeks. I found what looked like a nest, mouse droppings, and a mousetrap. Under a sofa and by the fireplace, there's bird food that the mice are using. The dining room and all the seats are filthy. The bathroom mat had pet hair and trash that hadn't been vacuumed. There was more mouse droppings on the window. In the oven, there was a dirty tray with food...

"Absolutely beautiful. Studio was clean, quiet, really really nice. Area is perfect for getaway we were needing. Owner is awesome, helpful, extremely helpful and nice person. Sent family and friends pics and recommend it to everyone looking to stay for peace and quiet and go into Yosemite . We will be back soon."
