These are the conditions of the house. We don't cook in the kitchen because it's unsanitary. The house hasn't been cleaned in at least three weeks. I found what looked like a nest, mouse droppings, and a mousetrap. Under a sofa and by the fireplace, there's bird food that the mice are using. The dining room and all the seats are filthy. The bathroom mat had pet hair and trash that hadn't been vacuumed. There was more mouse droppings on the window. In the oven, there was a dirty tray with food scraps. The owner didn't have anyone available to clean at the time. They promised to send someone at 10:00 AM to clean, but they never did. Their response was that they tried to send someone to clean, and when I complained, they said it was normal for these things to happen sometimes. I told them they should have cleaned at least the day before. We had an argument, but all they said was good night. I tried to clean, but it's disgusting and unsanitary. I paid a lot to have a pleasant stay.
