"The house is lovely for a weekend of meditation or connecting with nature, but I wouldn't recommend it for very outgoing families, as the local community is very sensitive about music. I actually felt stressed by the surrounding environment; in my view, renting a house implies having more freedom to have fun, but that wasn't the case here. Next time, I’d choose a hotel instead—I’d have a better time and save money, too."

10/10 Excellent
Lovely hotel on the edge of Winterset with large and airy rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The constant supply of excellent coffee was great too. Easy parking.
Thought it excellent value for money for a woman travelling alone!
