"The property was okay. I didnt like that the ceiling fan in my bedroom never worked for the entire week we stayed. I told them about it on the second night of my stay, they promised to fix/replace the fan for my comfort but never did. I also didnt like that the building doesn't have an elevator, so we had to walk up and down 18 stairs per floor to get to the 3rd floor. "The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!"
