"NO central air conditioning at all!!!!! There were 3 window units a fan and a unit in bedroom. Bedrooms were the ONLY cool areas. We cooked one evening and bc it was extremely hot in the living area/kitchen. We had to eat out. Couldn’t enjoy the much needed family time in evening bc we wee miserable. The units got checked and filters were dirty and fan was going to get dropped off but nothing. The owner of this place is making money and NOT making necessary upgrades to this nice house and...

"Not as crowded as other Beaches in the area"

"The house was clean and close to the Gulf and surrounding area, including 1 hrs from HOBBY international. I do wish they would of had better outdoor seating and more cover from the sun. Could of used a bit more decor on the deck. But the cost was fair and neighborhood felt safe. Make sure you bring paper towels and toilet paper."

"The best feature of the cottage was that it was so close to the beach! We found the cottage to her clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was with he amenities. Just the basic stuff like paper towels or napkins were not available. There were no ice trays in the freezer or laundry soap! But, over all we really enjoyed our stay and would do it again."

"Super clean and nice. I've never rented a whole house before but if they are all as easy and nice as this one I wont go back to another hotel. Communication with the rental company was my favorite. Every question was answered in a timely manner and I was never left wondering about anything. Everything was spelled out perfectly as far as check in and out and it was just such a smooth process I cant say more positive things honestly."

"We had a weekend at beach vacation at this property with my family. The location is good, it is a minute walk from the beach. The house is spacious for family of 5. The kitchen has enough tools to make your own meals and clean. Bathrooms were clean. There were hand soap and towels. A few down sides are; - ants were everywhere. They bit my kids. A thorough pest control is necessary. - the comforters and blankets were dirty. They even had tiny blood stains, we thought they were ant blood....

"Our stay was exceptional. Everything about the beach house was beyond our expectations. So close to the beach and within walking distance of a great bar and grill with live music and excellent food. 3 full bathrooms sure helped our crew! Our host was prompt with her responses to any questions we had and was very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for more!"
