Condo Rentals in McDowell County

"Loved the stay, awesome property. This is a Residential/Rental property so it does have an HOA. I only mention that because the rental parking is below the gate entrance. They have HOA parking that is attached to building. You will have to take a shuttle from the rental parking and depending on temperature/time. You might get chilly. Besides the shuttle situation this was an awesome stay. Great location and staff is very friendly!"

"This condo was advertised as having air conditioning; it was not. The parking for renters was not on-site; it required a shuttle bus which was challenging to board and unboard. The management was not friendly to renters at any time. However, the realty agent/property manager was helpful."

"The condo was comfortable and clean. The building is in poor shape and could use an update. It took extra effort through calling to find the WiFi password but other than that I would recommend it."

"Condo was older, but very clean. Unfortunately, the condo smells like smoke. The management company told me there are chainsmokers in the unit below this one. No matter what you do. The smell is extremely strong. I tried opening the windows. Nothing seem to help."
