"We really liked the unit and the properties and ammenities. Our only complaint was that there was not always a place to park upon coming in in the evenings. There is ample room in the parking lot to add two or three more marked parking places with parking bumpers and striping. Without these someone had parked longways through what could have been three more parking spaces. "Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. Like taking the trash out gave special instruction but I checked out on Sunday and it said not to put the trash inside the container until the morning it is picked up which is Monday??? Says to bring it to an offsite place if not on a pick up day but it’s closed on Sunday??? "The condo had beautiful views and was directly on the beach. Parking was great and right under the condo. The condo had all needed amenities. There was a few things that could have been cleaner such as the bathroom but was tolerable. My biggest issue were the laundry doors were broken and would stay open blocking the living area. It was a nuisance but not the worst thing. The condo was dated but again it was ok because it was so close to the beach."
