"The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value."

"When we checked in we were told the hotel doesn’t allow locals (within a 60 mile radius). They knew my address when I booked so why wasn’t I told then. I said we had to get a shuttle at 4:30am so she said then it’s ok. Our room was very far from the front entrance and we were unable to use the phone and couldn’t connect to the wifi. "The outdoor area was a mess. We stayed on the fourth floor and the elevator was making a horrible noise. Lastly, the A/C wasn’t working correctly and never got cool. I also noticed lots of homeless people around the parking area and on the street by the hotel."
