The room had bottle of water for each person with some added welcome treats. The TV was easy to use. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff kept it through the breakfast period. One of our most enjoyable stays."

"Unfortunately, due to the flooding last year, no restaurant, bar nor spa was available. I would have liked to know that before booking. Staff was very nice but only worked limited hours. At arrival, no other cars were in the parking lot. Front door was unlocked, but nobody in the hotel. There was an envelope on the front desk with my name on it. Inside was a room key (an actual key) and a nice note to lock the front door behind me for the night, or if we went out again. I was taken back at...

"We’ve stayed here a few times. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds of Asheville. Staff is excellent, the place is clean, they have continental breakfast, and a nice lounge area."

"Even though there was an accident that took the cable TV offline, I was unable to work due to the marginal wifi, which I was told had nothing to do with the cable TV being offline, and had to seek out a local Starbucks to finish my work. Also, when the person above me showered, the stream turned into a trickle."
