I came down for the Harley Davidson weekend. Weather was great. Property was in a great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. Perfect one bedroom condo.

Fabulous little place! Has pools ourside and 1 inside with a hot tub. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the beach was a bit of a walk at 2.5 blocks. And you had to cross 4 lanes of bust traffic during the day. At night it was not an issue as much. I think there needs to a crosswalk put in to help with crossing the road safely.

Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit all of the outer banks. It's right in the middle. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to the sand dunes. Close to all the Duck shops in the other direction. Close to the Wright Brothers memorial if you like history. Activities on sight and everywhere around. Things to do inside if it rains.

Very positive experience.

Our little 'villa' was extremely clean and comfortable! In our unit the carpeting was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong and went for a movie during movie night. It was charming. Off of Bennett street, just past the villa's on the right is a public place to park your car and use the beach access.

Had problems with one of the people that was staying there! Had to call the security on them! A guy coming after my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend with a tazer when they pulled up after going to the store. My daughter had to call me so I could go down and walk them upstairs to our condo! Other then that love the condo and everything around it
