My experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish.
The first room I was given was dirty—there were bugs, stains on the bed, and it clearly had not been properly cleaned. When I brought it to their attention, I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was still not clean.
I also want to be very clear—just because I had my dog with me does not mean I should be placed in a subpar or dirty room. That was extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, the interaction at checkout was just as frustrating. When I told the front desk I was checking out, I was met with attitude and resistance instead of basic customer service. I was told I had to wait, questioned repeatedly, and the conversation became unnecessarily tense.
Overall, this was a very poor experience—between the cleanliness issues and the lack of professionalism, I would not stay here again."
