"Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues "
"Night one went well. Day 2 I went to work and came back to my room, I always aha e my DND on my doors. It was removed, and the maids came in made my bed, took my towel and bath mat, not my bag of trash, didn’t give me a new anything -no conditioner or anything. Went to shower, got out, water was pouring out of the vent onto my clean clothes and medications. Got dressed went to the desk- Zander was there - I told him about the maids, and we needed maintenance in my room, he came up took a video called his boss, they sent two guys in who looked at it and stuck the trash can on the sink. They changed my room- so, it’s late evening I go to my new room, the temperature gauge didn’t work on the heater-‘key saying 23 degrees. I got up today, went to the restroom, tried to flush-0 water in the back tank. I go to the desk, I said I need a proper restroom before I go to work- they told me to use the lobby one. I travel weekly for work and have for a few years now- I won’t return to this hotel, if I can find anything else in the area. The breakfast gravy was super thick in the ladle - don’t want to come out- but that was the least of my worries as you see above!"
"The breakfast is surprisingly extensive! Property very clean. Rooms are small and efficient but everything you need. Very helpful staff. The body wash was empty in the shower, but not a big deal. They were very apologetic when we mentioned it at the front desk. Clearly they care a lot about providing good service. "
"No hot water for shower , no pool it was more like a storage room , outside our window from 1st floor garage mattresses and beer cans all over out there."
"Both the ventilation and sink had bad odors. I ran the heater warmer than normal and it began clearing up.
I don't know if it was the water or something in the sink trap that caused the odor."
"I would not take my dog to this place. I didn't get past the front desk area. The front doors were broken, the lobby smelled like horrible body oder, the curtains were disgusting. I told the clerk I could not allow myself to stay in this establishment. I'm a female and if I would have walked in late at night I would have been so scared. I cancelled my 2 nights and they did not charge me for a cancallation. I called expedia and they are in the process of refunding my money. I stayed elsewhere in the same city. You need to remove them from your stay list. Pool was also out of order and the restaurant was closed. Not a place to send anyone. I can only thank Expedia for refunding my the money I had already paid and I think they should check out the properties they are listing on your website periodically to make sure they are adequate. I'm not a wealthy person, but I want to be in a CLEAN AND SAFE environment."
