"The room was disgusting, bathroom not cleaned for multiple visits, mold in shower, red mildew in shower caulking, shower didn’t drain properly, ceiling leaking in hallway by door 4 black mold present on ceiling tiles, sprinkler head in room pouring water out all night on my very last night. Housekeeping never bothered to come and clean my shower. There was so much wrong with this room and hotel it’s not even funny. The last night after several visits to the front desk begging for something to be done the GM, Markkell Spencer literally came barging into my room at almost 1am. He said he didn’t know anyone was in there. Literally used his key and tried to bust in my room in the middle of the night. After standing in the hallway at 1am explaining all the reasons this was the hotel from hell I was promised a refund. He later went back on this saying he felt like a partial refund was enough and he didn’t know I was staying for multiple nights when he initially promised me a refund. He is unresponsive and doesn’t follow through. Markkell has absolutely no idea what’s going on in his hotel. Furthermore, hotels.com has no record of a partial refund either. He is incompetent and I am in immediate need of a REFUND!!!! I have pictures, videos and emails to support this, I just need someone with some sense to get in touch with me! Absolutely do not book here, the lobby is beautiful but a complete and total CATFISH! "
