"The home was new, and very nice. It was very clean, being as it was new. There were loose screws on the floor which I stepped on, and some drywall dust around. It was stocked very well with essentials except coffee pods you'll need those, and your own laundry soap if you plan on using their washer and dryer while there. Loved the ice maker in the fridge. It was very comfortable and cozy. Great views and had a deck and a firepit. The directions are confusing as to which way you are coming...

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking.
