"Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. "

The indoor and outdoor spaces are incredible, and truly feels like a home away from home. The hosts were wonderful, and attentive to our needs - and great communicators throughout. "

"This was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have ever stayed in! The mattresses were all great, as well as very Cindy pillows. We could tell a lot of detail went into the cleaning as well, very very clean!!!"

"The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."

"The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road."
