"First off this is an older hotel but it's nonetheless quite nice and comfortable. It's in a good part of town, not far from a large grocery store (important if your making any hikes, treks in the nearby parks and trails as you can then make your own sandwiches and buy ample beverages for your journeys). "Our experience was unique due to some challenges. We were traveling with a person who could not use stairs and we were put on the second floor no elevators. The room was ok but the bathroom was a mess the shower curtain rod was broken so the water would go out of the shower and with no ventilation the bathroom became a swimming pool. We were moved our second night to a first floor room."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
