"Clean room, comfy bed, chill atmosphere"

"The Mancos Inn is very vibrant and clean. The hotel is on a quiet street and has convenient parking in front. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It has a large kitchen which is shared by all guests. I would advise someone who wishes to cook to buy food before coming into Mancos. There are some restaurants and bars but no nearby supermarket. It would be a great for someone to escape from the city for the weekend. I would advise hotel staff not to burn any sort of incense/sage in the hotel...

"On Expedia it says watch your breakfast cooed in front of you , I assumed it meant free breakfast. I asked the desk if breakfast was included. No . So I didn’t go to by. I arrived on oxygen and was extremely fatigued, nobody offered to help with my bags . "We stayed in one of the accessible rooms. I would highly recommend an accessible room over the regular rooms. We were originally lost and in the wrong place looking for our room and the quality appeared to be much worse in the regular rooms. Cleanliness is the most I portent thing to me. When we checked in, there were wooded up tissues on the floor near the bed, and the table near the coffee pot had a sticky substance. "The hotel amenities are decent, yet I ran into an annoying neighbour in the next‑door room. He played Indian music loudly late at midnight and kept slamming the door at five for two early morning in a row. I haven’t had a proper rest for two consecutive days. It is terrible"

"Breakfast was below par for a hotel breakfast, the stairs were falling apart and both pools were broken and didn’t even have water in them. Room was clean and was fine for the night but overall not great"

"If you take it for what it is, it's perfect. Clean, well maintained, and a helpful staff. No frills though. You have to walk to the bathroom from the cabins. If you are down with that it's the best $65 a night place I've ever seen. TV works, the AC froze me out in the morning when I got up. Thanks for a great stay while I toured Mesa Verde!"

"The staff were wonderful and friendly. The facility could use an upgrade. The room had an odor we had to buy air fresheners to mask it. The water backed up when you shower. I felt gross. I don’t know if it was just the room we were in but they could use an upgrade."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"

"Really suck to be ready to crawl into bed only to pull back the sheets and see brown streaks on them. So gross! The floor turned my feet black walking on it after my shower. Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at."
