"Very clean. Every staff member I came across was friendly. Rooms were clean. Having a balcony to over look the city was awesome. Just wish the bed was a bit more firm. I like a stiff mattress."

"The hotel was very nice. The only complaint is I was wanting to use the iron to press my shirt and when I went to plug it in, the GFI popped and there was a spark. I went to unplug it and the cord separated from the plug with the plug still in the outlet. I was nervous about removing it but was able to. I said something to the front desk (a college student) and she said sorry that happened but didn't seem too concerned. I wanted to make sure she was aware that was very dangerous and that I wasn't the one that "broke" the iron. She probably didn't really realize the issue unless she actually saw the iron though. "

"Hotel was nicely renovated, easy check in and out. I am picky about cleanliness and chose this hotel strictly on other viewers positive opinions. I was pleased with the cleanliness and overall stay. Pool area was maintained well and the free breakfast was impressive and the attendant was very on top of the food and managing the area. I would stay here again. We did a suite with our family of six. "
