"Be very careful if you’re planning to stay here during the summer. I booked two rooms, i got one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. Both were unbearably hot, but the room on the 4th floor was even worse. The temperature inside was around 32°C (90°F). It was impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep. "The room was super dirty and it wasn’t the same room that I booked, they gave us tiny little dark closet with no amenities, towels was gray and looked old, carpet on the floor was smelly, the went in the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the soap dispenser was disgusting. The sauna looked much different from the listing, everything was really really old and dirty I paid for this almost 100$ per night, there is a lot of inns that cost less and surely are better I have a feeling like the pictures...

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Hvis du søger et prisbilligt, hjertevarmt, autentisk ophold ved Zakopane er dette et fantastisk sted. Hotelværten er meget venlig, servicemindet og hjælpsom. Værelserne er enkelt indrettede. Morgenmaden er enkel og meget polsk; polsk kød- og ægsuppe, gullasch, glaspølser, brød med kødpålæg og da værten fandt ud af at vi var til omelet lavede han ekstra og serverede direkte til os.
