"Terrible room. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been made. There was pee on the floor, I flushed toilet, dirty food and cutlery left behind, rubbish on the floor. It was very difficult to contact anyone, as the contact number was AI automated phone line. Finally, a lady came to clean at 8pm on the day, and did a very poor job. Took dirty towels and didn’t replace them, didn’t wash up properly (mugs had still stains), no toilet paper. The bed wasn’t made, the pee stains left, and we had to clean....

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"It wasn't easy to find but worth the effort. Thoughtfully furnished with the essentials for comfortable living. My room had an amazing & unexpected view from the window. Parking if you're lucky, but an excellent tram service close by."
