very good hotel overall, the only reason i didn't give it 5* was an issue with the bar/ restaurant team. paid for the drinks but never got it despite several reminders was completely ignored by the staff. was never refunded, so had to dispute transaction which is easy with US banks, not sure what ...

PURO Kraków Kazimierz
Room was great, very comfortable bed and pillows, and staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast and bar was also really nice.
