"The owner was rude after finding we booked thru a 3rd party.
After requesting a first floor room he said its $20.00 additional. Then charged my card $37.00 and said it was tax.
Totally unacceptable since the 2and floor was not h/c accessible"

"The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was exceptionally clean and ready for me too. The breakfast was delicious and the people that prepared it were very professional. The air conditioning was excellent and I slept like a baby."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baywood on the Bay. Sharon was very helpful in getting us settled and suggested restaurants that were open even though it was the beginning of off season. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking and the soaking tub was so nice after hiking around Kiptopeak State Park and Cape Charles. The breakfast was hot and very delicious."
